End of Summer Fun !!!!!!!!!!!!

Kaitrynn is 11 months old where has this precious time gone. Brooklynn has had tons of fun playing with her sister this summer. Thanks to Jackie for this cute outfit.




Brooklynn has been dreaming of doing this since Kaitrynn was born. Putting her in a laundry basket and pulling or pushing her around the house. Kaitrynn loved the idea too!!!!!!!




Brooklynn has really enjoyed the pool this summer. We feel blessed to have it at our home.

Our 10 Year Anniversary Day

Brennen and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary yesterday. We had a great day. Brooklynn had a Mother's Day program at school. Brennen was able to come with me and see the program. It was so... cute and you could tell that they all worked really hard on it. After the program we had to run to Rite Aide to pick up a Prescription. We were leaving and in walked President Uchtdorf. Brooklynn and I were able to say Hi and shake his hand. Brooklynn had a smile on her face the rest of the day. She said it made her feel good inside. I said to her what is that feeling Brooklynn? She said it is the "SPIRIT". She mentioned to me a couple of times the joy that she felt from that. President Uchtdorf asked her how old she was? Her name? We told him that she would be baptized in December he told her CONGRATULATIONS!!!! He was proud of her. You could just feel his love for us, and that he is a man of God. This was a great highlight of our day.
My Mom was kind enough to watch the girls and Brennen took me to dinner at Red Robin. Brooklynn was happy to stay at my Moms. They just got a little kitten. We had a nice time.
Kaitrynn is still 12 lbs 14 oz. I talked to the Dr. today and she said she isn't to worried about her weight unless, she is still that weight this next week. Let's cross our fingers that she gains this week.

GI Dr. Today

Today I took Kaitrynn to see her pediatric GI doctor.
The appointment went well. She decided in talking with us that an
ENDOSCOPY would give us more information than a Ph probe.
Kaitrynn is scheduled for an Endoscopy next Tuesday May 13, 2008
at 2:00 at PMCMC. The results will be back in about 2 days from the test.
Her Dr. is planning on biopsying her esophagus, stomach, and small bowel.
Why the biopsy??? Well it will determine if Kaityrnn is having a lot of
ACID, ALLERGY, INFECTION,or ENZYMES.
This is where we stand. This test will hopefully tell us What IS HURTING HER :) .
Doing this test will tell us more. She ate really well yesterday and then at
bed time she threw up all that I had fed her :) .
The Dr. was happy that she is eating and that she is off the tube.
Yes she hasn't eat in from her tube in over a week.
She is taking anywhere between 20 to 37 oz of formula by mouth now.
Yes give this Mom a pat on her back :) .
We will pray that they will determine with the test that it is GAS and that she will grow out of it. STAY TUNED ALL!

Mommy gave me a Fudge Sickle : )

I gave Kaitrynn a fudge sickle. She really really
liked it. She was like a little bird asking for more.
The chocolate didn't seem to bother her at all. She
is up to 12lbs 14 oz. We have an appointment on
Monday the 5th with the Pediatric GI doc. We will
find out that day when the PH Probe test will be
done. Stay Tuned ??? Have a great weekend.

A Picture Can Say A Thousand Words

When I look at this sweet picture of Kaitrynn
I can't help, but think of all that this little one
has been through thus far. I think this photo
tells it well. She is such a sweet baby and
you would never know what she has been
through when you see her. She is such a
sweet girl with such a sweet spirit. I am
so grateful I have the chance to be her
mother. I love you Kaitrynn

Look what Mommy did

Thanks to my sister Tobey she introduced me
to Picasa, this site you can take photos and them
edit them. I took this picture of Kaitrynn today as
a practice. I think it turned out pretty cute!!!!

We went to Logan just for the night this last weekend. This was Kaitrynn's fist night away from home other then in the hospital. She had a sleepover at Grandma Shirley's and Pappas house. She slept really well. We got up and went to church with them on Sunday morning. Brook had fun feeding the squirrrels with her Pappa.
