Our family is saddened by the news of
President Hinkley's death. He was
a true prophet of god, we will sure
miss his profound teachings and his
sense of humor. It is a comfort to know
that families are forever. I am grateful
for him and his many years of service
to the members and non members alike
through out his life. He is a man that we
can all strive to become like.
My little brother Peter Wosnik will enter
the MTC this Wednesday. We wish him luck
as he goes and preaches the gospel of Jesus
Christ the next two years. I am grateful for
him and his desire and worthiness to go. He
is a great example to his 5 wonderful nieces who
will greatly miss him. Best of luck to you little
BRO.
Kaitrynn is up to 10 lbs 11 0z. She was seen by
someone every day last week regarding her
well being. The first of the week we visited with
the pediatric Cardiologist. The appointment went
rather well. She had an ECHO cardiogram. Her heart
is better than it was a month ago. That was some sweet
news. We also went to the neurosurgeon this last week.
He informed us that Kaitrynn does not have a tethered
cord. You cannot detect a tethered cord on a MRI. You
detect them,by the symptoms that the child displays.
That was some more wonderful news.
As we look at this week ahead we are going to be meeting
with the surgeon. The feeding tube that she has in now needs
to come out very soon. We hope to know tomorrow if and when
she will need to have the permanent tube put into her stomach.
We are so grateful that she is making progress little by little. She
has brought many blessings to our family. We are so grateful for
our 2 beautiful girls.

Time seems to fly when your having fun!
We have closed in on another week. This
week has been eventful. Kaitrynn is up
to 10 lbs 8 oz. She went to the Pediatric
Cardiologist this week. He was happy to
report to us that Kaitrynn's Heart is
better than it was a month ago. Last
month she was at a 50 on the ECHO.
This month she is at a 44. We were so
happy that we have received good news
on something. If she has a great heart than
she'll be able to pull through the other minor
health set backs. Her heart won't ever heal
it self due to her, being born with a congenital
heart defect. We are grateful that her heart is
better. This coming week she will have her 4
month check up. She will also be seen by the
Davis County schools early intervention team.
We will also be going to another specialist this
week, along with the Occupational Therapist.

I am finishing up my last two days at the High
School. I am sad to be leaving that job, but I
am very grateful for the chance that I have to
stay home with my girls. I have had the great
opportunity to work for my neighbor and what
a true blessing this will be for my little family.
Brennen is keeping busy at work and is having
fun with his princesses when he is home. We are
grateful for his hard work. We wish you all a
great week. We hope that are week will be
another week of success. Thanks for all your
love and continued prayers. I am so grateful
for my family, friends and my ward family. I
want you to know how much we love all of you!

Well another week has gone by
and things seem to be improving.
Kaityrnn is up to 10 lbs 2 oz.
She is taking more and more food by mouth.The GI doctor put more items in her formula to see if we can get more weight on her.
My little brother Peter gave his mission farewell today.
He enters the Missionary Training Center
on the 30 Th of this month.He has been called to the Monterrey, Mexico Mission. He leaves for the Missionary training center on the 30Th of
January. He is Looking forward to going. We are excited for him. My sister Tobey Roos took these photos of Kairtynn in her blessing dress. Great Job Tobey.

Kaitrynn is making progress

Kaitrynn has had a great week. She weighed 9lbs 12 oz
this week. We also went and met with the Occupational Therapist.
She gave me some ideas and things to work with Kaitrynn on.
This week we will take Kaitrynn to the GI doctor to see if he has any insight for us. We are enjoying the snow storm we received this weekend. Grandpa and Grandma Harris came to visit us for the weekend. Thanks to all of you for your love and support through this experience.

Miss Kaitrynn Update !!!!!

Kaittrynn is doing great as you can see.
As of last Friday the 28th of December she weighed 9lbs 9 oz. This is the most she has weighed in her 3 months of life. We are grateful that she is making progress. The feeding tube that she has in her nose is staying in until the end of January. This amazing device is feeding her 24 hrs a day. She will take some by mouth, but she is not real fond of the bottle. I take her back to the Dr. on Wednesday for another weight check. On Friday the 4th of January we will be visiting a occupational therapist who will work with her on her eating habits. She will try to get her to take more by mouth. I have learned through this experience that babies have a hard time eating if they have been ill early on in their lives. We are hoping that Kaitrynn will take from this experience and begin eating and enjoy it. Please continue to pray for her I know that it has helped more than anything else. Welcome New Year 2008

I have decided this year I would advance to the blog spot world. I will try to update this every Sunday this coming year. My friend at work gave me this idea. By the end of the year you have a journal and you can print it off.
Our little family has been through a lot the last few months. We are excited about the 2008 year. We are looking for a better year. This year will give Kaitrynn a chance to grow and become well. We are so grateful for our family and friends who have been there for us through this challenging time. I am grateful for my little family and the strength that we have had as our family. We love all of you have a great first week of the new year!!!
