We never get a moment of relief in this family

Kaitrynn has had an undiagnosed stomach pain for the last 3 years of her life. We have tried everything under the sun to see what the pain is from and why she keeps having it. We have given her numerous priesthood blessings. Last month we went to the immunologist and kind of ended in a dead end. Well the last few weeks Kaitrynn has only had 2 bad nights that we've had to give here Ibuprofen. I was starting to get her to sleep on her own and not be in our bed. Yesterday morning she woke up feeling great I was changing her diaper and low and behold there was this huge red mark and area around the mark. UGHHH one thing after another. Brennen has hurt his shoulder over the years and he went to the Dr this week. He has to keep it immovable for 2 weeks. We go to the surgeon on the 7Th of February. Anyway by last night Kaitrynns mark had gotten larger. I called my sister and ask her if I should take her in? She asked if the area was HOT to the touch? I told her it was, she said well then she needs to be seen. I don't really care for the insta care by my house. They don't know Kate's history and I didn't think it was bad enough to go to the ER. I get there had to wait 2 and a half hours to see the doctor. The nurse calls us back. I looked up and it was an old nurse that use to work at Tanner Clinic in Kaysville. We loved Lisa Panetta. I was relieved that she was there and the minute she saw Kate's leg she said "yes it is a good thing your brought her in. Doctor Foster came in and had one look at it and said yep that is celluliteus. What is that I asked she said a skin infection. That's what I had figured. She said with Kaitrynn's health history they said they would give her 2 doses of an injection Rosephen. Also she would be on a 10 day antibotic of Augmentin. They also ordered a CBC ( blood test), and they came in and scrapped the sight. They sent it off to see if it comes back as MRSA, Staph or Strep infection. This will take 3 to 4 days to get the results. We may not get the results because, the sight wasn't at the pussing stage. I caught the infection early on. They came in to draw her blood and it took them 3 times to finally get it. Boy was she mad! I hate those times so much! I left Brennen home on Percocett and watching Brooklynn. I hate when I have to go alone. Anyway they got the blood and sent it up to Lakeview hospital. They called me about 2 hours later last night with her CBC results. There were highs and lows, but all I was really worried about was her white count. It was 15.5 and that is in normal range. 12 to 18 is normal. I had to go to Walgreen's at 10:45 last night after we got home. We started her on the Augmentin as well last night. She was so worn out by the time she got home. When I came home from getting the medication filled she was sound asleep on our bed with Daddy. The Dr. asked me last night with her health history she seems to get really random things or infections. I explained to her that this has been the story of Kaitrynn's life. Yet the doctors can't figure out why or know the cause of it. O to JOY TO JOY for the parents. I called my Mom today and she came and we took Kairynn back to the insta care. She did great until she knew she was going to get another one of those great Rosephen shots. The Dr. was glad that the infection had subsided so much all ready. I will post some photos for those that would like to see. I am grateful that I caught it early enough! This hasn't been a fun weekend for our family. I am ready for a break from all the trials the last 3 years please! I have grown a lot from them more ways then one let me be the first to tell ya!
